Easter Celebrations

We were delighted to celebrate Easter at Kingsbury Academy with a fun‑filled and memorable day for all our children.
The excitement began with a very special visit from the Easter Rabbit, which brought lots of smiles and joy across the school community.
Thanks to the generous support of Kautex, every child received a delicious Easter egg, ensuring that everyone was included and felt valued during the celebrations. The children were thrilled, and the experience helped to create a strong sense of shared enjoyment.
In the days leading up to Easter, pupils were busy in their classrooms taking part in a range of creative activities. They demonstrated fantastic effort while making Easter cards and cakes, developing their confidence.

Our Easter celebrations support children’s rights by helping them learn about different beliefs and traditions (Article 14), showing respect for culture and diversity (Article 29), and making sure all children feel included and valued (Article 2). Children who celebrate Easter at home were also able to see their traditions recognised in school (Article 30).
